Women at all age go through an emotional upheaval.  After the blissful childhood, gender challenges begins with the teenage tantrums.   After education, urban women need to be working to meet the economic demands of the family.  Thus, women of modern age are successful, multi-tasking, parent, workaholic, home-maker and essence of a family.  Today’s woman has surpassed the odds to deserve these tags.  However, most of them suffer at one point or the other unexplained stress, frustration and pressure.  Yoga is the answer for the advanced women of today!

 Yoga for women at every stage of transition from childhood to young adult, at pregnancy and motherhood, middle age and then pre- and post menopause comes as a boon.  For the traumatized mind and myriads of emotions she suppresses, the quiet and calm pranayamas, mudras, simple yet powerful asanas help her to relax and accomplish her goals.
