Shiva Linga Mudra restores confidence. It primarily relieves the tension, restlessness and listlessness. The right hand symbolize the phallus of the Shiva. It represent the masculine or the Yang energy. Shiva Linga mudra can be practiced in morning and evening for 5 minutes. This mudra expedites healing.

Place your right hand with fingers clasped and thumb extended upward, on top of your left hand as indicated. Hold the fingers of your left hand close together and form a bowl. Position your hands at the level of the navel.

Lord Shiva is the destroyer among the trinity. The mudra symbolize destruction of the old and beginning of the new.

You can chant “Om Namah Shivaya” while practicing this mudra.
