At Ashtanga Yoga Bharata, we believe that each child is unique and intelligent. However, we have to provide tools to them to help them manage pressures of growing up.
Yoga asanas, breathing method and relaxation techniques are used to gain physical stamina, mental agility and calming the mind.
The routines are simple and effective. Classes are interactive and individual expression is encouraged. Some of the benefits which the children may experience with the regular practice are improved concentration and creativity. May develop better memory, communication skills and behavior.
